Gloucestershire heads to UKREiiF to showcase investment opportunities and resilient technology cluster
Gloucestershire will be showcasing its growing investment proposition at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF)
Working with partners across the county to promote a pipeline of investable opportunities and highlight its strengths in innovation led growth.
The Invest in Gloucestershire team will host a dedicated exhibition stand throughout the event, providing a focal point for conversations with investors, developers and delivery partners. The stand will present a clear, place-based view of Gloucestershire’s priority sectors, including cyber and digital, advanced engineering, agri-tech, clean aerospace and green technologies, supported by digital and immersive content.
A key moment in Gloucestershire’s UKREiiF programme will be a panel discussion on Monday 19 May, titled:
“Gloucestershire: Accelerating the Growth of Resilient Technology Clusters”
The session will bring together senior partners from across Gloucestershire’s innovation and growth ecosystem, including leadership from Gloucestershire County Council and representatives from Golden Valley and CyNam. The discussion will explore how place-based collaboration, infrastructure investment and skills development are supporting the growth of resilient, high-value technology clusters across the county.
Alongside this, Gloucestershire will be formally launching its new Investment Prospectus at UKREiiF. Developed in close collaboration with all district partners, the prospectus sets out a shortlisted pipeline of priority investable opportunities across the county, providing a clear route for investors to engage with specific sites, sectors and delivery models.
UKREiiF provides an important platform for Gloucestershire to raise its profile, strengthen regional and national partnerships, and crucially, progress meaningful conversations that support sustainable, place-led economic growth.
If you are a Gloucestershire-based business attending UKREiiF, or would like to understand more about the investment opportunities and partnerships being taken to the event, the Invest in Gloucestershire team would welcome an early conversation. Please get in touch ahead of UKREiiF to discuss the county’s offer, priority sectors and opportunities to connect.
