Gloucestershire Showcases its ambition at UKREiiF 2026
Gloucestershire County Council is gearing up to take centre stage at the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF)
Taking place in Leeds from 19 - 21 May 2026. This high-profile national event brings together more than 1,750 investors, developers and industry leaders, offering an unparalleled platform to champion the county’s growth ambitions.
This year, Gloucestershire will be represented with its own exhibition stand, shining a spotlight on the county’s most exciting development opportunities. These include major housing developments, employment land, regeneration sites, cultural and tourism projects, and the innovation assets that make Gloucestershire a natural environment for growth.
Throughout the three-day event, the Council will also be hosting a series of one-to-one meetings with key investors, including asset managers representing major pension funds. These conversations will explore opportunities for collaborative investment, aimed at unlocking sites, accelerating development, and supporting the delivery of new homes, jobs and infrastructure across the county.
Our presence at UKREiiF is a major step forward in raising Gloucestershire’s profile on the national stage, demonstrating our commitment to attracting investment, strengthening local partnerships and driving sustainable, inclusive economic growth.
More updates will follow as we continue to shape and refine our countywide offer for this flagship event.
