Co-founded by Richard Yorke and Melania Edwards, Halceon unites a mission-driven network of investors, operators, and industry leaders. Their model goes beyond capital offering strategic insight, deep sector knowledge, and influential networks to support startups tackling some of the world’s most pressing security challenges.
